Ironhorse Country Club calls itself "The Ultimate in Country Club Living", a moniker well-deserved for this slice of paradise in West Palm Beach, Florida. The community is situated on 353 acres of land, including fifty three acres of preserve land, and almost ninety acres of lakes and other waterways. A private golf and country club community, Ironhorse Country Club is known for its classic elegance focused on the splendid traditions of south Florida's golf culture.

As a private club, Ironhorse Country Club is able to provide an exclusive experience to the fortunate who choose to call it home. The club features a full range of golf facilities including an outstanding golf course planned by Arthur Hills along with extensive practice facilities, including a driving range. The course itself is clearly the main attraction of the club, providing a total of 6892 yards of golf. At a par 72, the course provides challenging play on tree lined fairways, past wetlands, over water hazards, and around bunkers and water hazards.

Ironhorse Country Club offers a wide variety of membership opportunities for residents and non-residents alike. The first type of membership, the "Window of Opportunity", is available to non-residents ages 46 to 74. These members may take advantage of lower introductory fees and full golf benefits, amongst other perks. The second membership is directed at "Young Professionals" up to 45 years of age, and is available to both members and non-members of Ironhorse Country Club. This membership status also entails full golf privileges, with the stipulation that the membership is upgraded by age 46. Limited golf privileges are available to residents and those residing elsewhere through the club's "Sports Membership" (available to those under 46 years old), and "Senior Membership" (available to those over 71 years old). For our snowbirds, the "Out of State Membership" provides the option for limited winter golfing, and unlimited summer play. Tennis memberships are also available for families and for singles at very reasonable rates.

The 18 hole golf course at Ironhorse Country Club is rivaled only by its magnificent residential properties. Home construction commenced in 1991 and was completed a little over a decade later. In a neighborhood of 324 single family households, the availability of large lots in Ironhorse are a premium feature. Residents of the community enjoy a bit more privacy than they would in many of the area's zero lot line neighborhoods.

Social membership at Ironhorse includes full access to all of the addition ammenities at the country club. Homeowners are required to purchase a social membership, but not a golf membership (which is available separately for an additional fee). The fitness center, tennis courts, magnificent clubhouse, dining room, and social events make Ironhorse Country Club one of the finest clubs in the Palm Beaches.
